I never realized just how important customer service was to me until I was blown away by the professionals at Monster Tree Service of North Pittsburgh. I am currently working on several home projects and I had been putting off removing the big, scary tree in front of my house because the quotes I had received seemed a bit high, and I just didn't feel comfortable with any company (they didn't get back to me for weeks or months, some never showed up at all). The professionals at Monster changed all of this. I received a no obligation quote quickly after my inquiry, but when they came to the house I didn't feel pressured into hiring them. It was very low pressure, casual, and I felt very comfortable with them. The price was much lower than other quotes I'd gotten, and their agreement and booking system was easy to understand.
