        This is the second time we have used ServPro. They are absolutely outstanding. The crew arrives on time, they are polite and let you know in detail what needs to be accomplished. In no time they have removed the water damage and setup fans and heat to dry the area to prevent mold. They returned after the 72 hours stated, removed their equipment, and cleaned the area. We would recommend ServPro as the first choice to call when help is needed quickly. Services: Water removal, Water damage-related cleanup & repair

        We just had a frozen pipe at our house that caused a ton of damage. Servpro not only helped out to clean and dry out house, but worked with our insurance company for many of our possessions that were also damaged. I would highly recommend Servpro Butler and their team to help with any similar situations.

        Quickly responded regarding a pin hole leak in water line that caused water damage to ceiling and carpet. Diagnoses the problem, arranged for plumber contractor to repair the line, removed damage ceiling and carpet, and provided drying machines and dehumidifier. Coordinated with home insurance carrier. Made the entire process much more manageable. Highly recommend. Service: Water damage-related mold removal

        As a result of heavy rains two weeks ago, our aging roof leaked, which caused part of our dining room ceiling to sag/crack. We called several disaster restoration companies seeking emergency roof tarp services. SERVPRO of Southern Butler County said they would be able to come out the next day to emergency tarp. There was only one other company we called who said they could come out the next day. The rest of the companies we called either did not offer emergency tarp services, were in process of hiring a roofer, or were simply booked. That said, the next day, SERVPRO of Southern Butler County showed (later than scheduled time, but not a big deal in this case) to install the emergency tarp over the part of our roof that required it. My husband said the workers were friendly and considerate. So far, the dining room ceiling has not further sagged/cracked...so it seems the emergency tarp is doing its job. :) Service: Roofing
