We had the waterproofing system installed 2015 and in that timeframe we have called with questions and minor issues and Everdry has responded quickly and professionally to revise any problems. The technicians explained what they would do and went right to work. After completing the work they showed me exactly what was done and asked if I was satisfied and they were on their way. A few days after the visit I received a follow-up call and the service call was reviewed and I was asked if I was satisfied or had any questions! Very professional! Everdry has done a very good job of doing quality work and communicating with us about what they intended to do and then what they did. Their representatives have been professional, knowledgeable, and kind. We would recommend them to anyone interested in having their basement waterproofed.

I was nervous when I hired Everdry due to the extent of work needed done to my basement and yard. But they came in and did a wonderful job. Everyone was really nice to work with. There was a miscommunication in the description of a add-on job I needed them to do for me but they worked with me and in the end it all worked out. I would definitely work with them again. I would recommend them but depending on your level of work that needs done the packages can be very expensive. I can say though, so far it's been great. I've had zero water in my basement since they fixed it. Thank guys! There was one specific employee I would like to call out for being amazing and going above and beyond. David, you are the man! He kept it real and straight with me and really made sure I was happy in the end. I appreciate you, keep being awesome. Service: Waterproofing

The technicians explained what they would do and went right to work. After completing the work they showed me exactly what was done and asked if I was satisfied and they were on their way.
