Julie was so helpful when I was looking for a new place to live with my family. She helped throughout the whole process and really made moving a pleasant experience. The place is beautiful and the people here are so nice.

Lived there for nearly 2 years! If you have a young kid at home, stay away from this property. This place slowly has become a 55+ community and elderly people I met during my time are not sympathetic to kids. People with kids can leave on the 2nd fl but as I have seen from another commenter that in winter it is hard to get hot water due to pipe issues. That is to say that our AC went broke in the coldest day of 2022 December and it had happened multiple times before as well. There had been a window work which went for almost a year! And could drove you crazy! And it is such a shame that with new windows, isolation started becoming an issue and our electricity bill went higher as a result. So walls are so thin that if somebody walks above you, it makes your stuff shake in your apartment. No privacy at all in that sense. Also I think they have a policy to drive you out by raising your lease renewal by 15% which makes your monthly rate higher than somebody who would move in new. I do not have time to prove or go after such discriminatory behavior so left the place for good! So be warned!!

Keva Flats is a fantastic place to live. Leasing/Office management (Kate, Julie) are professional, kind, prompt, and extremely helpful. Maintenance team is quick, thorough, and friendly. This is a gorgeous place to live; amenities, pool and gym are clean, well kept, and a great place to meet people. Neighbors are respectful, and clean. If you are looking to move to Chester County and ISO an apartment building, Hankin has outdone it here. We are very impressed and happy with our time and look forward to renewing our lease.

Keva Flats is a wonderful place to live! Everyone is super friendly, the complex is very dog friendly and the apartments are beautiful!!! The ladies who work in the office are extremely helpful and the maintenance staff is wonderful. They knew my dog Bentley by name and he loved seeing Chris when he drove up. They have all kinds of activities and there was so much to do in the clubhouse. Bentley loved the Bark Park and there is a little stream that runs behind that he loved to put his little paws in. We were sad to leave. If you are looking for a dog friendly place to live I would definately check them out!
