Brandywine Coach Works

A few years ago, I pulled into the Brandywine Coach Works parking lot on an impulse. My business door magnet backing had, to my dismay, melted onto my car door, and I didn’t know what to do. The Coach Works gentleman who greeted me offered to try to remove it. I nervously agreed, not knowing how he could do it without damaging the car’s paint. For the next hour in the hot sun, he patiently and carefully scraped the residue off the car door. Unbelievably, he refused any payment for his service!!! Though a few years have passed since then, when I needed some body repairs done this week, guess where I went?! I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience—from start to finish! Tim demonstrated incredible integrity when quoting the job, not talking me into anything extra or unnecessary, and communicating with me throughout the process. That’s the kind of integrity that builds credibility and trust with customers! Erin did a nice job of coordinating rental car details. The actual body work on my car is what blew me away! The repairs were minor, but these people put as much care and quality into this small job as they would a bigger, more profitable job. The repairs are perfection, and, once again, they did a few extras at no charge. In the automobile industry, who does things like this these days??! I cannot imagine ever going anywhere else for car repairs. These people are 100% trustworthy, and their quality is unmatched!

Exceptional service, my car looks as good as new again! There was great communication throughout the process, and my car was repaired even earlier than they estimated. This was my first auto shop experience and I am so grateful for the whole team for making my car look so beautiful again!
