        Services are just ok. Madison, Wi, Capitol Sq branch even offers coffee, water and for children they keep candys. But, here, no such thing. They don't even ask you if you need water. We spent some 30+ mins and tried to find if they have water for customers, at least did not in the front lobby area. They should at least keep some water for customers who are giving them good business.

        I visit this branch pretty regular and have always had a great experience. Usually someone standing in the lobby asks if they can help me as soon as I walk in the door. But if that person is busy I just go right to the teller and there is never a long wait. The tellers have also always been very friendly. I actually went here just to cash a check and ended up moving two business accounts to Chase. Im very happy with them.
