You billed my insurance for a root canal you referred me to a specialist to do. It took me a year for you to refund my insurance and I paid the specialist out of pocket. Now that you refunded, you're billing me again for the $900. I emailed and left a voicemail when I got the bill. But now I get a notice it's 90 days past due. I called a dozen times last year and don't want to hold your hand through this too. This is to the 555 W Uwchlan Ave location. Call me back.

Ive been coming to this practice for a couple of years and they are always professional and caring. Lisa, one of the hygienists is great. Makes getting routine cleanings fun and obviously love her job. Dr. Pryor is the best dentist Ive been to and is thorough, kind and gentle. I always leave feeling confident that my dental health is the best it can be.

I've been a patient at Penn Premier Dental since the 1990s and had been very happy until recently. I was treated rudely by the women at the check-out desk at my appointment on January 3, 2024 when I asked about the charges for my routine dental cleaning. After that experience, I looked into the charges I had on my account (what Delta Dental indicated I should owe vs. what I was charged and billed), and I found several discrepancies. I keep receiving bills, but according to what I can tell, it seems like the practice already overcharged my husband and I $400+ (paid in the office by credit card at the time of service). I've attempted to contact the office to discuss the discrepancies on several occasions, in case there has been a misunderstanding, both through email and by phone. However, my calls and messages have not been returned, and I've been trying to settle my account for over three months. Due to Penn Premier's lack of transparent billing practices, unresponsiveness, and the unkind way in which they treated me in January, I've decided to switch dental practices. I'm sorry to leave Dr. Madden's care because I've always been happy with her as a dentist. Thanks.
