We had an emergency situation the other night when our AC quit on us in the heatwave. It was evening and we have kids (including and infant) and my elderly dad living with us and it was 85 degrees in the bedrooms. I called several places for an emergency service and no one could help (Horizon didnt even answer their phones). But Haller got Charlie out to us that night. Then when we thought wed have to wait for the part for a week he got it and was back the next day to fix the AC. Cant say thank you enough to these guys for doing all they could and all they did. Would 10/10 recommend.

We purchased our home heat and a/c equipment from Haller. Besides a good sales and installation process, we keep a service contract with them. This contract sends a Haller service Tech to our home 2x a year to tune-up and validate our equipment is running efficiently. On our last system checkup, the Haller Tech that came to service our air conditioner had a nice demeanor about himself. He was pleasant, put on the shoe booties to ensure he was not tracking anything in the house. He was nice to our dogs as they were barking at him and he was servicing the outdoor condenser unit. The dogs were fenced in the backyard as he was servicing our equipment in the side yard. When he was finished he was quick and efficient as we settled up our account for the part (new filter) we asked him to install. He would be welcomed back anytime we have service done. Actually all the Haller technicians have been great. No problems or worries ever.
