Capriotti's Sandwich Shop - MOVED TO MALVERN

No idea about the food quality because we never got it. Ordered $100+ of hoagies for an office lunch the day before they were needed (after calling to check if this was OK), scheduled for delivery on Friday at 11:45 am, at 12:05pm that day - 20 minutes after they were supposed to be delivered - received a system generated email saying the delivery was canceled. Tried calling, and were just told they were busy, no mention of any cancelation. Truly awful service, very disappointing, will never use again. PS March 2022: The reply to this review is trying to blame Doordash, but this wasn't a Doordash order, it was direct with Capriotti's. It was order number 6374211803824128. Totally on Capriotti's, and trying to blame someone else just makes it worse. I'll attach an image of the order as proof.

Good food but order details are often missed in my experience. The last few times I ordered from here they forgot to add or remove toppings specified on the order (even when it was a checkbox option). Today they didn't add hot pepper spread to my italian hoagie or indicate that they didn't have any if that was the case.

EDITED: You can get cheese hoagies anywhere, thanks. I'm good. Do you tell customers on your menu that you cross contaminate? Was looking forward to trying their vegan cheesesteaks until I found out they cook it on the same grill as the real meat. Nice effort to give more options to people who don't eat meat but if you don't put effort into avoiding cross contamination, why even bother? It's not rocket science.
