I initially met Brad on a bike ride, and when I mentioned me and my partner were house hunting, he gave me his business card. After finding our dream house, we connected with a few different mortgage brokers and lenders, and I remembered Brad's card in my wallet, and gave him a call. From our first conversations, he gave us the best rates, and even told us about a first-time homebuyer program that none of the other four lenders we were speaking with had mentioned. He brought us down over a full percentage point from the first couple rates we were quoted, and he was great to work with throughout! I highly recommend his services, and I will be holding onto his card for when we refinance.
