After several mortgage company disappointments, we had an extremely positive experience with Philadelphia Mortgage and our broker, Char Cesario, who was absolutely amazing! Char covered every detail early in the process, and dealt quite proficiently with every development or obstacle that arose (which are inevitable when purchasing a home)... Char was always cheerful (not easy in this process!), informative, and extremely easy to work with, as well very, very knowledgeable and on top of every detail. She demonstrated her expertise and initiative throughout the process, including taking steps as early as possible in the process to lock in a desirable interest rate on our mortgage, saving us a lot of money. Philadelphia Mortgage also was a find, featuring quite excellent rates and points on the mortgage comparatively, as well as what we think must be one of the more easy-to-navigate and less stressful mortgage application and approval processes out there.
