        I was told I could sign up for 1 month. However, even though I canceled my membership after they wouldn't give me my mail 2 weeks later, they billed me for 2 months. Then, I kept emailing and calling to get this squared away, and they stopped responding and then sent me to collections and added a late fee on top for money I shouldn't even owe. Terrible customer service and they bait and switched me.

        I do not recommend this company to business people who, for themselves and their clients, need a reasonable temperature and/or noise level in order to operate ethically and effectively.

        Staff was helpful. Facility is nice, easy to find. Parking was easy. Had to stand on a chair to connect with the projector...but they said they're fixing that
