        Good hand shake so I knew Id like him! Had appt last week to have my bum elbow fixed up and BAM week later its done. Super nice doc that took the time to explain things.

        Dr Liu is most likely a good doctor but your wouldn't know with the way how he acts towards patients that don't need surgery. He doesn't listen, talks over you, assumes that just because you want a doctor's note, you want to stay home or something, wouldn't personalize the note to meet the patients care needs, and rushes you out. If you fall and break something and need to see an orthopedic, GO SEE ANYONE BUT HIM! Theres much much more I could say about him because my experience sucked and I want others to avoid that kind of bad experience. Honestly you'd be better off going someplace else besides penn or even seeing Dr. Liu. I saw him at Penn orthopedics on 3737 market street in Philly btw.

        Been going to see Dr.Liu for a few years, was always treated very nicely.Sent my daughter to see him & she came home in tears. She felt that he had completely dismissed her,making her feel that she wasted his time. I will never go to him again or refer anyone to him. SHAME on you D.Liu
