Bob Downs assisted me recently with locating my new home. With inventory levels low, that was not an easy task and I could not be happier with the end result. Bob was also very helpful throughout the process with identifying potential issues with certain home features, explaining how certain systems worked (I had never had well before!), and assessing what true selling price would be after the bidding ended.
