My landlord hired this company to repair roof leaks. They ruined my potted plants installing a gutter drain. The person who answered when I called about this said he was here when the job was done and then tried to say they didn't move them, but how would that be possible when there's a new gutter pipe going straight through my trashed plants...? They didn't bother to tell me what was going on or ask me to move my things if they couldn't do so without destroying them. Then they tried to deny they did it. No one else was back there near my plants. No one else installed a new gutter drain pipe straight through my plants. Nearly $100 in damages was done and they're unwilling to even admit they did it.Avoid this company. Not trustworthy and not concerned about damages to others' property.

Looking for a roofer? I wholeheartedly recommend Essential Exteriors for any roofing job. Professional, responsive, and affordable - three of my favorite things! I solicited multiple quotes and Dan's price was very fair. More importantly, he noticed things that others did not (some roofers quote without even getting up on the roof) and provided expert advice. He was helpful with color selection, while deftly navigating the supply issues that are going on right now. When roofing day arrived, his team worked in blazing heat to ensure the job was done in 1 day - even though unforeseen issues popped up that made it a very long day. We have extensive landscaping and they took great care to protect it. Seriously, look no further - these guys are the best.

Seamless experience from start to finish. How often can we say that these days? From my initial contact, Dan picked up the phone. He dropped multiple samples off at my house, and was responsive in answering my multiple sets of questions (there were many!) He stayed in contact all throughout and sourced the shingle color I was looking for in this COVID shortage of materials. He and crew showed up 15 minutes early! He installs with the crew and provided guidance throughout the job. On the cleanup, you’d never know they were here. Why wouldn’t you call Dan for your roofing needs?!
