ITMedRx

My office has used ITMedRx for all of our IT needs since they started their business in 2012 (I understand we were their first client). Whether it is an issue with our computers, internet, EMR training, video safety cameras of the building, or even hanging & connecting TV's in the office. This group responds immediately to our needs, and either addresses the issue in person or remotely the same day. I have referred many physician practices to them over the years, and give them a 5 STAR RATING (out of 5). I unequivocally recommend ITMedRx.

Easy to communicate with and they are quick to respond to our needs. We have had various struggles with our Comcast system, but they are always willing to work through these issues. They have never seemed annoyed with us even though we call all of the time.

It has been a great working relationship for the past 5 years. They have provided our practice with the IT support that any small business would pray to get.
