The absolute most disgusting hotel! Latisha (self proclaimed hotel owner, who has eye rolling problems with her eyes) was asked for a plunger since our hotel room wouldnt flush our entire stay- after making us wait HOURS FOR IT AND REFUSING TO GIVE OUR MONEY BACK- she threatened to call the cops. After watching them eat their breakfast, smoke cigarettes and enjoy themselves for hours on end with no fix to our toilet, I snapped and told her to figure it out and fix it, now. She went from having no affiliate with the owner to being one. In both rooms (first one was not cleaned), we left and came back to our windows being unlocked and left open- so check your locks so your room isnt broken into. Housekeeper entered our room without knocking on our door and scared the life out of our 5 year old and while I was undressed. Were here in town visiting my sick grandmother in a hospital, they know this and this is how they treat their guests. Other guests watched their stellar service while eating breakfast. When the narrative was not aligning Latishas breakfast and smoke breaks, she began saying that we were rude the first 5 times we came down. She was called out on the lie and again with her eye rolls. Id imagine my boyfriends first 5 interactions are recorded. No one mentioned a lobby bathroom until the terrible housekeeper came up speaking down to us and treating us with absolute disrespect. While on the phone with Latisha. I had to threaten to poop in the room on the floor and 12 seconds later a plunger arrived. So, the excuse we dont have one didnt cut it- we interrupted their breakfast and smoke breaks to service our room in which we paid for. Needles laying on ground outside the hotel entrance. None of the smoking doors open with your hotel key, so you have to walk around to re-enter the building. Breakfast is not cooked and ready as advertised. We had to visit the breakfast area multiple times and over an hour late it was salty bacon and eggs only. I would save money and go elsewhere. This is our 2nd room during this stay bc the first one wasnt properly cleaned.

Great value vs chain hotels. And had no pet fee! #bringfido Rooms were dated, but clean and staff was very friendly and helpful Rooms: Could use some paint. Nearby activities: Dog park was a nice touch.
