josh, our hvac tech was great! he assessed the problems, fixed it and thank goodness we had heat! he gave us things that need does soon. josh was knowledgeable, courteous and very straight foreward. thank you!

We had struggled with a poor/incorrect installation of a mini split system by another company for 3 years. I finally threw in the towel and reached out to fire and ice to come take a look at the system. Unfortunately the original person had done it so wrong that it was unfixable. because our situation was what it was we ended up meeting a lot of the team as they came to try to troubleshoot. Everyone was very professional and explained everything clearly. When it was determined that trying to fix was no longer in our best interest, they explained what they could offer us in regard to a new system. They worked around our schedules to get it installed. Steve Murphy was the lead installer on our jobs and was great. He explained what was being completed each day, was professional, explained the system operation at the end. There was a few issues that came up over the install and they were all handled wonderfully.
