She went above and beyond, she followed up with me to make sure I was taken care of and to see if I had any questions or concerns. When I was confused about the house insurance as this was my first house she took the time to go in detail with me and made sure I understood. Shes always so professional but also very personable. I appreciate how well I am treated and not even just by her but State Farm in general.
