Dan and his time did a fantastic job after the storms we had last week. As his company motto says, they absolutely care. I would recommend Dan anytime if you have any issues with water, mold, etc.

From the initial estimate, through the front office scheduling and the work done was completely professional, honest, caring and perfectly executed! Nothing is fast with construction so if you've had a disaster happen at your home and need repairs keep that in mind. Materials and staffing are a continuous challenge from what I have seen in any situation I need something done. Plus it can be very emotional seeing your home in a terrible state. All of these things can make repairs feel like they are taking forever when really it may be merely a pothole in the road of life. We had our first and hopefully last house fire last summer and it fortunately was limited to our garage and no one was hurt. I didn't know where to start with hiring a restoration company or even know what they were so the journey started with some contact info from our insurance company, from there I contacted all of the companies and had at least 5 companies come assess the damage. The first impression is a big deal and Tim from Absolute Restoration LLC, a local restoration company, was the most professional of all of the companies even compared to much larger national corporations. So the fact that they are local and made the best first impression made my decision easy. Through the repair process I was always kept in the loop as to the next steps and although materials and man power can take time to schedule my family and I could not be happier with the finished product. Absolute Restoration LLC took a difficult negative situation and turned it into a positive. Our garage looks even better than it did before the fire. I cannot thank Tim and the Absolute Restoration team enough for all the work that they have done. We always felt like we were being taken care of by their company throughout the process. I wish I could give less than a star. We had an issue a few years back that required a basement and kitchen restoration. Our insurance gave us this company's name... let me tell you they sent intoxicated workers to my home some of which stole the flooring that was to be put in...it was like pulling teeth to have people even SENT OUT to do the work. It took almost a year to get them to finish the project... and guess what MY KITCHEN IS FALLING APART NOW. like legit cabinets off the tracks and off the walls... please just don't go through the stress and mental anguish we did. Look elsewhere for your restoration needs. Save yourselves.

Had a relatively small issue but these guys made time to make it a priority. Checked it out immediately, schedule my cleanup immediately. The crew that did the work was also great. Highly, highly recommend.
