I dont typically write bad reviews, but my experience today made me so uncomfortable.To make a long story short, I had to try on underwear because they didnt have the style I typically get. I came out and didnt know where to put the ones I didnt want, so I asked an employee. The girl I asked proceeded to talk about me to another employee right in front of me because I wasnt supposed to try on underwear. An employee gave me a fitting room and saw that I only had underwear, so I dont understand how that was my fault. If I was told I could not try them on, I wouldnt have, but I had no idea I wasnt allowed. I just feel like it was unnecessary and rude to talk poorly about a customer right in front of them

If I could select 0 stars I would. Ive worked retail for years and Ive never been so disgusted by the way these workers treat people. Never get greeted and the whole time I was there not one worker said anything to guests. THEN I continuously asked for help and was shut down or not even looked at and given flat responses. Nobody checked the back for me, I asked for a room, I asked where to put my clothes I tried on so I didnt leave a messasked more questions about products, AND NOTHING. This is everytime Ive gone in here and the people I know have the same experience. VERY disappointed, will not be buying from ever again.

Always the friendliness staff! Been in the store many times and all the women working are so helpful&kind. Love the help I get with styling & what advice they give me when I ask about colors and sizes to go with for my body type ! Love this store !!! Thank you for the best shopping experience!
