    Do yourself a favor Call the Scranton location much better customer service and polite customer service. I was approved for furniture again and have been a long time customer of Arrons over 10 years i purchased and paid in full many expensive items. I decided to try the Honesdale office because its close to my house. What a mistake that was the clerk that answered the phone was very rude to me i never had this happen before at the Scranton location they were so nice to me and took care of my deliveries and orders in a timely matter.

    I have been a customer of Aarons at this location and was always happy until yesterday. Now I will never go back to Aarons again. I had couches delivered yesterday, 2/7/24 and they had a problem getting the sofa in but in turn did get it in tho. They brought it in straight which was difficult for them to do. I told them to tilt it while its straight but was ignored. Thankfully the couch was not ripped. I went into the store a little while ago to complain about it. The employee who was working was the girl who delivered my couches with the other employee. When I explained to her about tilting it she said they couldnt because the doorway wasnt long enough. She must have a comprehension problem because thats not what I said. So I told her thats not what Im talking about and had to take a sign off the counter and show her how to tilt something while its straight and she said they tried that which is a LIE!!! As I watched them bring it in straight ONLY while struggling.

    i love this place. cheyenne, amanda, and ericka are a bunch of sweet little dolls. if i left anybody out of that team, sorry we just haven't been fully introduced yet. they are so nice and so caring and love to work with people as much as they can, they take the time to listen to the customer, and help with whatever the customer would want to rent to own in the store. and they go the extra mile to makesure the customers are satisfied, they pride themselves on that. they also follow the rulebook, they check your ID card and your place of residence when they come to deliver to your house. which alot of places do not do anymore, but the great aarons team here does. you should give them a try tell them earl sent you, they're prices are so much more reasonable than their competitor, you know who i am referring to lol.
