We had a Safeware extended warranty plan for my son's computer. Unfortunately it could not be fixed. Safeware reimbursed us for the computer. Well worth the extra money for the extended warranty. I highly recommend getting one.

They work really fast to help you solve a claim. My charger nearly ruined my laptop and they got me a new one within 3 days. 10/10 would recommend.

I'm beyond frustrated. I paid a significant amount for a 4-year insurance package for my laptop, thinking I had done the right thing. I was clear when I bought the insuranceit was after my laptop purchase. I was told the 4-year period would start from the date of the insurance, not the laptop purchase date. However, when my laptop broke and I needed that insurance, I was told I was out of warranty since it had been over 4 years from my initial product purchase. This isn't in line with their terms and conditions for products bought prior. When I reached out to their representatives for clarification, I got vague answers and no clear resolution. Now, I'm left with a broken laptop and the realization that I spent money on a service that did not deliver as promised. If you're considering this insurance, think twice.
