Great local knowledge of the area and long tenured agents. Sold my dad a large tract of land in the 1980s, for a great price. Sold my dads home and property a couple of years ago, at an outstanding price!

Sandy helped us find our current home and has since been so helpful as we look at investment properties. She is prompt in her replies and very thorough in her research and help. Sandy is down to earth and made the entire process as least stressful as possible. We are grateful to our friends who referred us to her and we will continue to refer to her others as well!

Scott Merrell of Raystown Realty did a fabulous job helping my parents sell their house in Huntingdon County. He was very responsive to questions (phone or email). He provided accurate information regarding likely sale price and what issues we would need to take are of along the way. Because my parents were no longer able to travel to the area, Scott did a great job arranging to have the house ready for sale, taking care of many details that would have been exceedingly challenging for the family to do. He was compassionate throughout the process as this was a difficult sale of property my parents owned for decades. I thank Scott for the work he did -- could not have been happier with having him as a realtor. I hope the new owners enjoy the property as much as my parents did.
