        The guys from FloorCareMD did an excellent job at cleaning my carpets and getting rid of the massive pet odor from my 15 year old dog. They explained the chemistry of urine so I really understood what and why they were using the products they used, which were the same products used to clean a crime scene. It wasn't quick but it was definitely thorough. Previously I was using Advanced Carpet. They were always rude, finished the job in 40 minutes, my carpets felt sticky after they were done, took forever to dry and I still had odors.
