    I can't believe she is still in business. I got married in 2009. She wouldn't respond to emails or calls for weeks at a time then would say she is working on them. She said she was shipping them but they never arrived. Two weeks before my wedding I called and called and when she finally answered and pressed her on it she said well you told me to cancel your order, which was obviously not true. I had to order elsewhere last minute. Then when I asked for a refund for my mom she said she already paid for the materials so she would not be refunding anything. Then she blocked my emails. I had to get the attorney general's office involved, sending all our email communications, before she would issue the refund. Ten years later and I still look to see if she's still in business, scamming people. Stay away!

    Don't book this place to make your flowers.Susan is a HORRIBLE business woman. I am really surprised she is still in business. My husband and I got married in April 2009. We ordered flowers from her in January 2009 with the promise that we would have them no later then March 2009. It was always first come first serve so you figure that if you give 2 months notice on something, your going to get it right.. Haha WRONG .By late February 2009 we got in contact with her about how the flowers are coming along. We waited about a week to get any response from her. She said that she had not started them yet , but it would not be long. Still with the promise of them being in my hand by March 2009. We waited about another 2 weeks. By now it was in the 2nd week of March 2009 and we could not get ahold of her. We emailed, and i called back to back for 3 days before she finally got back to us stating that they still are not done yet. Ok, really so by now it has been about 2 months since I placed the order and I still have nothing to show for it, but she took the money right out.. The very end of march we started emailing and calling again trying to figure out what is going on cause I was getting married in 4 weeks and still no flowers. We told her that we were getting in touch with a lawyer, 'she didn't care" by the way. We even put a complaint into the BBB about her and found out that there are so many of the same complaints about her. Omg.. Finally got a hold of her and said that they would be shipped by the end of the week. by now its the first week in April. Didn't trust her so we asked if we could come pick them up. Never heard from her again up into the 3rd week in April when she finally sent the proof of the flowers to us. We accepted and the flowers came 2 days before my wedding. I was so upset and dissappointed in them, but what choice did I have.

    I will start my review with this: The flowers were gorgeous. They were good quality and arranged nicely. The reason for the low rating is the experience of getting them. I ordered the flowers about 5 months before the wedding which I thought was in plenty of time. The consultation went fine and about 2 months later I was consulted again for guidance. I didn't hear anything after that and about a month before my wedding I contacted her via email and got no response. About three weeks before my wedding I contacted her in a panic and only after calling and leaving a message and having my husband email as well did I ever get a response. Two weeks before my wedding I received the picture of the bridal bouquet and approved it. With less than a week before the wedding I asked for a tracking number and never got a response. She emailed my husband saying the flowers would be in on the Thursday before my wedding before noon. They did not come. My husband emailed her asking her what was happening. He never got a response. We ended up ordering boutonnieres from the floral department of a local grocery store, so we could guarantee his attendants would have them. We hadn't heard anything from her after he told her that the flowers didn't come. We came up with a no cost idea for my attendants. Thursday night before my Saturday afternoon wedding, I got an email from her saying something went wrong with the shipping, and the flowers would be at the post office by noon on Friday. I ended up picking up the flowers for my wedding 26 hours before the ceremony. If given the choice, I would not use this service. The stress was not worth it. We ended up having to pay for the silk flowers as well as the boutonnieres from the grocery store floral department. There was no apology or any true explanation for the flowers being delivered so close to the wedding date.

    I am having the same issue Laura Ballou had. We ordered the flowers quite awhile ago. Susan, the owner never answers her phone and it is hard getting her to respond to emails. She promised flowers by November 28th. Well it's November 30th and still no flowers. I haven't heard from her and am beginning to believe I got ripped off. Should the flowers arrive, I will change my review but as it stands I am very unhappy with the customer service and with the lack of flowers. Weddings are stressful enough. No one needs this. UPDATE: SHE IS REFUSING CALLS AND EMAILS. SHE SHIPPED THE PRODUCT SUPPOSEDLY AND IT IS DUE TO ARRIVE AFTER THE WEDDING. AFTER. SHE'S A FRAUD. DON'T USE HER. I FULLY EXPECT THE PACKAGE TO ARRIVE EMPTY. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. DO A GOOGLE SEARCH OF REVIEWS FOR HER. HUNDREDS OF COMPLAINTS/. UPDATE AS OF 1/7/2016. The flowers arrived 5 days after the wedding. She finally responded to my emails and said for me to refuse the package so it would come back to her and then she would issue a refund. I stupidly did. She of course received the package back but i never received a refund. DO NOT USE HER. SHE WILL RIP YOU OFF.
