        I have sewer gas backing up into my home through a faulty vent pipe. He made every excuse not to make the needed repairs. First, he was sick. Then, someone on his team went on vacation. Then, when he agreed to make the necessary repairshe ghosted me. This was 6 months ago never heard from him again. Very unprofessional. Someone else will take my money to do the work. Service: Plumbing leak detection

        Monster Cleaning came right away to fix a clog in my basement floor drain. I haven't had a problem since. Brent was friendly and professional. The cost was much more affordable than the competition for the same work. I will definitely call again if the need arises.

        Brent showed up in a timely manner to unclog the drain in my bathroom. He was very professional and even offered to help clean up the mess that I had already made. I'm sure his price just can't be beat.
