Thorough cleaning!

I called and asked if they worked on pressure washers. They said they work on commercial washers. I have an 8 GPM commercial pressure washer and they said they would work on it. I asked when could I bring it in. They said anytime. I said would 10:00am tomorrow work. They said that would be perfect. I arrived at 9:55am, they were closed, I called, left a message with my number, waited until 10:15am. They never came in. Its been one week and they never called me back. I spent 25$ in gas and 35 minuets of my time driving out and they were closed when they said they would be there. I checked their website and I was there not on a holiday, during the work week, not a weekend, and it said they would be open. If they would have atleast called me back and apologized I would not have left a bad review, but to tell me to come over then not be open, and to never call me back even when I left my number on the message machine and explained what happened, that is very unprofessional and I would hate to see the quality of their work if they cant even get something simple like this taken care of.
