        Manager is knowledgeable but limited. Technician installed a new wheeling bearing backwards. A local shop had to install a new one. If the manager was able to assist and supervise his technicians, this would have never happened.

        Excellent service!!! My wife & daughter were in Johnstown for the weekend from Canada & Bob took great care of us. In addition to installing new tires at an amazing price, balanced & aligned as well. They even road tested & retorqued for the long drive back. Best of all Bob heard Im a long time Steelers fan and dropped off decals !! Bob, youre the best!!!! Thanks.
