Eye Physicians Of Lancaster

I have naturally squinty Asian eyes. The eye doctor berated me and talked to me like I was a 2-year-old for fighting him because he couldn't see my eyeballs. I offered to hold my Lids open so he could see better and he told me no he would do it. I've never been talked down to like that because of something I cannot control.

Doctor rushes and does not listen to you. I feel like my time was wasted here.

Wonderful staff. Glasses for 45 years and they were patient and answered my questions. Surgery fir Estropia went fantastic.

At first, this place seemed like a great place. I came here because I have a concussion that effects my eye vision. The first day went pretty well doing everything that was necessary and we were set stone for my next appointment. They told me that for my next appointment I will measure for frames and get my eyes dilated. Then it came the day to my next appointment. I got there on time when my appointment was at 2:20. This place is 35 minutes away from my house and we waited for over 45 minutes for them to tell me that the procedure that needed to be couldn't be done on a Wednesday. The original appointment was going to be on a Tuesday but then they changed it because it had to be done on a Wednesday. I really needed this appointment for them to tell me that I wasn't going to get seen. My mom was mad about this because this is very unprofessional. She even told them that. We didn't come all this way for me not to be seen. The closest they had was on October and this is very important for me. I wouldn't recommend this place. They are very unprofessional and they will waste your time with the "wrong" information given. It's not worth it.

to begin I got there 20 to 25 minutes early because it was a new patient appointment. I filled out my paperwork and about 945 but for the time of my appointment, I took my paperwork up to the desk. They said nothing to me other than thank you for filling out paperwork. 1015 rolls around and they take me back to the exam. And I have to wait another 20:25 minutes to see the doctor. I see the doctor and he tells me completely different things then the first person dead and didnt even address most of my problems. The first person told me I would probably need glasses for every day because I have slight blurriness. The doctor told me that I might need reading glasses because of my migraines. I asked about my every day, and the doctor simply didnt say anything. So I went to the desk. them what exactly I needed to do. They were not sure I had to talk to the first person I talk to you again. that person, then say the doctor did not agree with what they said, and then I could just get reading glasses from dollar tree. I looked at the person and said really? And they said I would get one that you think looks good then get the one above and below. I walked out and immediately called my insurance for any different place. I would not go here unless you plan to spend the entire day and never get a solid answer. Thank you. edit my eyes are very blurry from the eye drops so i did voice to text. if anything looks weird, just use context clues.
