Our estimator and project manager, Zach, did a fantastic job between providing a concise quote, maintaining quick communications and getting the job started with the Crew. The Crew was excellent. They arrived 1/2 hour early, went over the scope with Zach and got the work and clean up done well and extremely efficiently. Thank you for your job well done. Not impressed. Run around with phone calls and scheduling issues. Job was not done when promised. They did come in with a good estimate but what does that matter when the job is never completed?! Older office lady was fun to chat with however :)

MTS did a fantastic job. Removed two 30 year old trees in a tight space. Removed stumps, leveled flower beds and cleanup. Can't tell there were mature trees present. Fantastic job and professional crew.

The Monster Tree Service of Lancaster was excellent from start to finish. The crew they had here were professional, efficient, hard working, extremely skilled at their job, hospitable and courteous at all times. They kept me up to date with what they were doing, showed me afterwards what was done and asked if anything else was needed. They all worked well together and all knew their craft exceptionally well. Taking down several large trees, shaping our overgrown holly trees (Dakota was a master) and cleaning up was no easy task. They left the place spotless by removing all trees cut down, branches, and any debris laying around. They have a superior team and one Id be proud to recommend to anyone looking for qualify, reliable tree service. They had all the proper and latest equipment to do the entire job. We called monster for tree removal after our box elder fell and also to remove a small callery pear and cut up a dead pine tree that had already fallen. They charged us $2000 to remove the callery, cut up the pine and put into a pile, and for the box elder, they removed what branches they could then left the trunk of the tree, saying they couldnt remove it. They couldnt get their equipment into the yard, then left the piles of branches in inconvenient places so that we ended up having to move them. Im not sure if this was a good price, but Ive had multiple contractors say they knew people who could remove the trunk of our box elder. Im also not sure what I should expect from a tree service. I just know I wasnt satisfied. Service: Tree removal
