Executive House Apartments

I am so excited to move in! Mrs. Sherrita was so knowledgeable and helpful. She was so nice and personable. The location is perfect for my family and I.

You have to unlock the paid DLC of "Second Air Conditioner" if you want your entire apartment to be cool. The air conditioner they provide does not cover nearly enough for the whole apartment, and if you bring it up with management, they'll just say "Welp, guess you should buy another one for your bedroom, because the one we have doesn't go that far, even though we never told you about that." One star for nice location, that's it.

They never answered or returned my emails. I have been trying to get ahold of them for 3 months now about seeing one of their apartments. Just terrible

New manager and office staff are great. They have been working hard to get everything in order and running smoothly. Also safe.Breath of fresh air. Elvis hard working and extremely knoledgeable. He goes above and beyond.

New management took over my last apartment complex and raised rates to an unaffordable degree, and diminished the quality of living. Finding an affordable place to either buy or rent was really daunting because I needed to be in this area, so I was limited in my selection. I'm glad I looked into Executive House. I have to give a shout out to Sherrita and Sonia for all their help. They made the process enjoyable and even exciting. My unit is lovely, it's relatively quiet and peaceful. While I haven't been living here long, it's not my first rodeo, and compared to other rentals I feel here you get a lot of bang for your buck. The management is good and attentive. I am grateful to have found a nice place in this location.
