        It took 40 minutes to get our (2) drinks! They need to re-think their prioritization for online and in person orders. 20 unclaimed drinks on the counter. There were only a few people there when we got there, probably at least 20 waiting when we left.

        All I did was ask a simple question and was responded with horrible attitude. Service was just down right rude. Will definitely not be back to this location. Not to mention my coffee was wrong

        Top 3 worst Starbucks experiences. Took 20 minutes for two drinks and the employees dont speak over a whisper in addition to giving some serious attitude towards some other customers.
