Highly recommend, especially for wedding florals! Holly was friendly and responsive to e-mail. She ordered exactly what we needed, and even opened her shop for pick up over the holiday week!!

My favorite wedding vendor! I got married on Saturday and Holly truly outdid herself with the flowers. Prompt delivery and easy to email back and forth over the months. She had tons of ideas on how to work within my budget and absolutely delivered my dream florals. So excited to get my bouquet preserved. The photographer said it was the best wedding bouquet shes seen and even grown men stopped to say how beautiful all the florals were.

Unprofessional, unaccountable and unaccommodating. I am writing a review on Google because the reviews were deleted on the knot. Hollys reviews were indeed TOO good to be true. My sister spoke with this florist earlier in the week. I was in the room and listened to their convo. I am, after all, the MOH so I am very much involved in the wedding. The florist seemed nice and accommodating at first and told my sister to let her know if she had any questions. Holly sent my sister a follow up email with a proposal. My sister read through it and followed up with questions a few days later. She is investing a lot of money and wanted to make sure there were on the same page and also wanted to clarify things before a contract is signed. Holly answered back saying she is shocked that my sister was emailing her with an extensive list of questions after their conversation and the follow up email. She also said I do not believe we are the florist for you. I get business owners can choose who they decide to work with but you dont want to work with someone because they are asking questions? I understand if my sister was rude or was asking for something ridiculous but they were questions any bride would ask their vendors. I have receipts of the emails and the deleted reviews by the way. The fact she said NO because my sister had a list of clarifying questions is beyond me. This is part of being a vendor isnt it? Very unprofessional and plain rude in my opinion. Please be careful. I am glad my sister found this out BEFORE signing a contract with Holly. ** Since I cannot respond back Ill respond here. What exactly is your issue with us? Because we told the honest truth of what your business did? I can post pictures of the email my sister sent and the email you sent back. I have nothing to hide. I know that you are actually able to request a review to be taken down and Ive looked up customers who gave honest reviews that were taken down on the Knot as well. Our reviews were honest - nothing that was rude to be taken down because of community guidelines so theres that. Disparaging your business? I am only stating exactly what happened. Your business told my sister no just because she was asking questions for clarification on your proposal. THAT is not how you run a business. If thats how you do business and also cant own up to what you did and say we are appalling then thank goodness we wont be doing business with you. I have NEVER heard of a business saying no because there were too many questions. I have many years working in customer service and in business so I know a thing or two. Thanks for your warm wishes but I would have appreciate your business owning up to what you did instead.

Holly is a floral fairy godmother! I was very nervous finding a reasonable florist after a few other quotes that I received. From my first consultation with Holly, she worked within my budget to help create my vision. She made budget friendly suggestions and listened to exactly what I wanted. She helped to create the most beautiful wedding day - I was in awe when she dropped off the bouquets at my house and when I walked into my venue. From the centerpieces, to my bridesmaids bouquets, to my bouquet and all of the small details into between - her floral designs completely exceeded my wildest dreams. I have and will recommend A Floral Affair to all of my friends who are getting married. I wouldn't even think twice about booking them for your wedding or event!
