Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center

About two months ago, I stopped at miracle ear in Lansdale and saw Alex Bernstein. I wanted to get some tips for my hearing aids that I bought online. It was my second set of online hearing aids, and I was not happy with either set. Alex handled the tips I needed, and when I got home, I decided I was going to see him for hearing aids because I was very impressed. Made an appointment, sat with Alex. He went over everything with me tested my ears and ordered my new hearing aids. Picked them up a week later and was extremely happy with the delivery process. I was even more impressed with Alex. Excellent customer service, great personality, and just lately he became a father of his first baby, a boy. I wish him the best of luck and his family, in life and professional life. He sure seems to deserve it.

The staff is very caring and friendly. The hearing aids that I bought 3 years ago for $7500. are of no value now. The left had to be repaired last year and the right ear die just out of warranty this year. I was given the option three months before the hearing aid died to buy a longer warranty for $300.00. $2500.00 per year seems high for hearing aids. Returned to miracle ear on 6-5-2023. The new manager repaired my hearing aids ( in store) and thereby extended the usefulness. It is nice to hear clearly again. Thank you.

Very professional hearing specialist Alex Bernstein fitted me with 2 new miracle hearing aids that are outstanding. Great service and full explanation on how to use them.

I cannot say enough great things about the staff of miracle ear. When I walk in I am greeted by Laura who is always sweet and my hearing specialist Blaire goes above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable and understanding of everything she is doing. I feel like my needs are her first priority and I will always tell people to go see Blaire R.
