Charles is terrific -- knowledgeable, patient, calm, and calming, plus a competitive rate even when good rates are hard to find. All very much appreciated during the incredibly stressful home buying and mortgage application process. Not ready to think about another home purchase any time soon, but whenever that day comes, we'll happily be reaching out.

We absolutely recommend Charles Naivar to everyone. He had such a supportive and guiding energy from start to end. We just purchased our first home, and we can't express how monumental it was to have Charles leading us through the ever complex mortgage process. We didn't know exactly where to start when we first decided to look at houses, and then we called Charles after he was recommended to us. From that point, we were embraced with genuine support and it gave us so much comfort to know he was going on this journey with us.
