        Last Year. I asked about the sign in the window that had a special offer. Their response was, Corporate puts that up there and I dont know anything about it. Service was polite and they (graciously) took me in at the beginning of the month before the April 15th deadline. I paid over $700 in taxes and they charged me almost $400. This year . . . My paycheck, contributions and deductions were basically the same. I went elsewhere10 days before the April 15th deadline. I got a $10 return and they charged me less than half the price. When I asked why the difference, my new filer told me that Jackson Hewitt didnt do their diligence. They only tried one option. You overpaid in taxes I cannot recommend Jackson Hewitt.
