I called today about getting invoices from my old place. Karen was so kind and helped me resolve the issue. The customer service is always extremely helpful and nice. Thank you!

Karen Karamitros went above & beyond this morning with her customer service with assisting me with my account. With Karen's excellent communication skills, she took the necessary time to explain the changes that were made to my account. Keep up the great work Karen!

After 20 years a customer, every bill paid on time, we get precisely one letter, and they shut off our water. Then they charge $25 for the shut off, and $50 to turn it back on. No phone calls. We were home with the door open, and they didn't even bother to knock. Abysmal customer service and a terrible way to flece the community. Be warned.

We had an emergency in our home yesterday and needed the water to be turned off from the street. NPWA was very responsive. Thank you for making what was a terrible day due to a leak, a little bit better due to your prompt response.

I grew up with North WALES Water Authority water and service. It was great, though I still preferred our own well water in terms of cost and taste. Since we moved to Lansdale Borough in the mid-2000s, however, we have had our water sourced and billed by North PENN Water Authority. The quality was unremarkable at best--it is so 'hard' [containing calcium, etc] that the quality is unsuitable for boiling the kettle for my daily cuppa. Mergers/acquisitions may indeed be legallly have produced mediocre water, at best. Thankfully, we can buy 'purified' water from the local Wegmans. Sadly, without a well, we are continued to be forced to use some of the least acceptable water I have had. The only reason I give two stars is because we have no choice for 1.5!
