        Terrible front line service. Had to wait till for the clerk to got off his phone. Then stand there for 15 mins. Put some stools out front for people who worked all day. Not impressed with this location.

        First impression of a business is at the front line. Felt like we didn't belong there and was an irritant to the quiet when we walked in. Was told we needed an appointment when the app clearly stated "walk in". When explained there was lack of an option for said appointment we were being treated like we were lying. When people are paid to represent a company they really should be more kind. For the record, these young autistic kids are now trying to function in society as adults, and you completely just gave a front line view of what to expect towards the future. Choose a more kind approach to people visiting your establishment and it will go a long way.
