        This place is a joke. They lost my dad's tax information he dropped off. Told him he dropped it off at Myerstown office not Lebanon and then they call and leave a message they located it after 2 weeks. Called us liars because they never left a message like that they said. He will never go there again. They are inconsiderate unprofessional and disorganized!! For the manager that i spoke to on the phone who would love to hear the message he says they didnt leave. I was able to retrieve the voicemail. It was a woman named melissa who stated mr neidig we have located your files however after 2 weeks Heidi needed an additional 3 more days to complete them. My dad never speaks up so i spoke for him which probably cost him more money because they charged him $235 and he got no apology or some type of courtesy credit for THEM losing them.
