Poor communication and bad customer service will always outweigh what the business provides. Having been a business owner myself for decades, I could never imagine treating a customer this way. You need to work to understand the situation from both ends, not just figure out what you need to get out of it. By the end, I practically felt like these guys were going to hold my scooter for ransom. So, at the risk of sounding like one of those crazy people leaving 1-star reviews and some unbelievable story, I kindly leave them 2 stars and hope they learn from this experience of how to work with peopleI mean, lets be honest, I feel like 90% of the general public could fix a scooter if they had the manual. We just prefer to pay someone with a bit of experience. The details (should you choose to read the rest of my crazy experience): Took my scooter there a year before and had no issues. This time around I had an unfortunate wipeout in the rain and there was damage insurance could cover. After I drove 2 hours to get to them, they spent the first few minutes telling me how they didn't remember me or the bike. Kept saying it over and over, which was odd and unnecessary. No sorry about your wipeout or tell me how you havent been able to walk well for a couple months. Ok, fine, you dont remember me, but does that mean you won't work on it? So strange. What followed was 6 weeks of nightmare back and forth trying to get an answer about when they would get to it (regardless of when I called there were always many bikes ahead of me), when parts would come in (they had no way of tracking items and even ordered incorrect parts they expected me to just say yes to without seeing), them accusing me of things (they feel like I told them to hold off on working on the bike, even though I said go ahead, because why would I choose for it to sit there for months on end), and putting words in my mouth. They hardly answered their phone, never answered emails, and were belligerent and rude. The entire experience was baffling, uncomfortable, stressful, and annoying. After working with Erin, I decided to sell the scooter and find a brand that I dont have to rely on a shop like this. If you arent from Lebanon, PA, I recommend you go somewhere else.
