        I haven't actually got the car back yet, parts suppliers are backed up right now, but they have ben super cool to work with as far as getting it there and getting the process moving. Great communication, no problem giving me updates a out my vehicle and explaining the processes. Three stars for now, but if their body works is anything like their customer service it'll bump to a 4 or 5.

        I don't know what happened, but the front clip they installed on my car is now starting to fall off. I'm just going to another reputable body shop in the area to have it repaired correctly. Why should I even waste my time? Never again.

        Update: The front bumper they installed is now coming loose. The legal steps we've been advised to follow are in process to make sure this is properly handled. The attached photo is a close up shot of the headlights not aligned after they were installed by this shop. The lights are much worse on the road of which I have more photos and videos. I can't give this place a decent review - They put my headlights in crooked and they took my driver door apart and put it back together so horribly that the window now squeals going up and down and they've done zero to resolve it. I emailed them videos they said they didnt watch after I brought the car back the second time to get these things fixed but the car was returned again with the same issues persisting. So I emailed the insurance company and brought the car to the dealership. The dealer saw immediately that the headlights were not installed properly and the window was not adjusted correctly along with a few other things they said were not done right after reviewing the invoice of work that was done. They said they would talk to the shop on my behalf to try to help so you have to imagine it's not good work when a dealership is willing to talk with a repair shop they have nothing to do with.
