        Absolutely worst experience of my life, I have bought 4 homes in my life time and wanted to buy another one however there where huge issues with the house (inspector & several contractors determined active water leaking as well as rotten) instead of sending information to the sellers of all reports they argued with us and how they didnt trust our inspector or the other SEVERAL contractors we sent out. Realtors are not to make decisions without talking to the PEOPLE they work for (aka the sellers) the sellers probably dont even know they have active water coming into their EMPTY home. I have never experienced such a rude realtor in my life and I will be reporting to the board of ethics.

        Deceptive business,don't ever buy anything from Howard Hanna. Declosures are not honest and buyers get screwed and they tell you to lawyer up.
