On April 9th for the first time in 2024 I had to to turn on AC. It did not work unfortunately. I sent in a service request to Nora and within about 4 hours the issue was addressed with an explanation as to what needed fixing. Great tenant service from Nora and the maintenance staff.

Good morning, I have been working with the Ave Malvern staff today and they have been wonderful. Nora Specifically has been great. She is quick to respond. Cheerful and respectful. They really made it easy to address anything that is needed during our stay. Highly recommend

AVE Malvern has been a wonderful place to stay. As a young professional who moved from out of state, this apartment complex has been a friendly home for me. The staff, neighbors, and amenities are truly all amazing and I could not recommend this enough. As someone who made the road trip when looking to move and toured 10 different complexes, I am very happy with where I ended up so much so that I resigned my lease.

The AVE is a beautifully maintained complex with gorgeous grounds and a lovely pool. All apartments have outdoor space as a patio or balcony. Parking is ample and included. When it snows, the team clears all sidewalks, stairs, and drives. There is a dog park (that can be a bit muddy) and plenty of green space to walk a dog. There are baggies and waste receptacles located throughout the complex. The complex is well lit at night. The management and maintenance teams are professional and responsive. Apartments are spacious and the area feels very safe.
