Nice showroom. Good variety of products and manufacturers. The people working there however we're not very hospitable. Just to get and idea of prices and possibilities, they wanted us to make an appointment. No one else in the show room, and we traveled forty minutes. But they were too busy. Doubt I'll go back, even though I spent about a thousand dollars there a few years ago.

Wow. What a fantastic experience! We have been working with Charleine for the last few months selecting materials and preparing for our bathroom remodel. The remodel is nearly complete and it has been one of the best and easiest of my life (at least as far as the cabinets and fixtures go.) During the design phase Charleine detailed everything and I'm certain quite included small details I would have forgotten. Everything was well documented. The start date was pushed back, Charleine adjusted the deliveries. She checked in at least once a week once the work started. The work nearly complete, just waiting on final trim work and touch ups and my wife and are are amazed at how well it has all gone together and how nice it looks.
I'd throw in a couple of bonus stars if I could.

Over the course of the past 5 months I have had the sheer pleasure of working with Patty Olivieri at the Devon location of GSI. Patty is an extraordinary representative of this company; she is not only thoroughly knowledgeable, eminently capable and consummately professional, she is also warm, kind, thoughtful and all around delight. She made a potentially fraught shopping experience a simple joy, guiding my family through decision making and order fulfillment, and even when we had issues that were only tangentially related to our purchase from GSI she proved to be a trusted resource and comforting guide. It would be impossible to overstate my regard and appreciation for Patty and for the company she represents. Start to finish, our experience was top notch. I very much look forward to having the opportunity to work with Patty again!
