Call, ask for Joseph and see for yourself how technical PC needs/repairs/questions can be solved in a respectable and NON-techie-geek-speak way. I am more technical than most, but I know my limitations. I have bought top end laptops from Apex, per Joe and "Josh's" recommendations... hardcore machines, top notch quality speed and reliability... but PC's are built to become obsolete within a few years. Same time, these are my GO-TO guys for memory and speed upgrades, hard drive swap-outs, and just today... after a PC crash... Joe and his team took my laptop apart and discovered it was dust-clogged. A quick clean out, a deep analysis to make sure that was the only issue and a simple $45 charge and my laptop is running yet again in perfect condition. I will be upgrading my 5 year old Lenovo to a NEW, cutting edge machine in a few months per Apex's recommendations and I'll of course, yet again... be buying from Joseph and his team. I had to share this review because their service, advice and partnerships with the top-end manufacturers is what every consumer should DEMAND. Don't buy a machine/laptop/desktop from Staples or even a Micro Center type storefront... go to the guys that care and will either order what you need or build you what's best for your PC requirements.
