      image I unfortunately did not have a great experience at this Great Clips. I asked for a trim for my medium length hair to my shoulders, but received a cut 2 inches above my shoulders that was uneven, poorly layered, and had hair pieces of various lengths throughout. I had to go to a different salon to have my hair fixed, and they were extremely surprised with how poorly the haircut was done, and had a difficult time fixing it.
