My lawn is very green and has been while using Trugreen. My neighbors compliment me all the time. I tell them to check out Trugreen.

I will start by saying that my experience with Trugreen was... not great last year. To the point where I was ready to drop them this year after numerous calls to try to resolve my concerns. I had given up when I got a call from Tim Watts who, after hearing my story, offered to come out and take a look to try to fix everything. He actually came out, made a plan of action, explained how it will address my issues and then FOLLOWED THROUGH with everything!
There was a lot that needed to be done to fix my account and my issues and he has addressed it all. He also kept me updated every step of the way and followed up with his promises. His professionalism, follow through, and honesty is the sole reason I signed up for another year of this program.
I also wanted to point out that Richard Williamson was at my property as a technician for aeration and reseeding. He was also fantastic and walked through my property with me to see where the problem areas were and was incredibly thorough in addressing those areas.
If you have not had the best experience in the past with this company, I highly recommend you ask specifically for Tim and Richard. I really wish I had them last year, that would've saved me a ton of time and headache. The whole company should use the two of them as a shining example of how they should treat their customers.
