I had been thinking of adding a loyalty/rewards program to my boutique for quite a while but was never convinced of the best way. When I first heard about Mobile High 5 I was skeptical as usual, but after speaking at length with Barbara I decided to take a chance with SMS and Mobile High 5. Both Barbara and Bob were so professional and made the initial set up such a breeze! And the best part is that they were able to integrate the program directly with my Shopify both online AND in-store and I had not found any other program to do that! Lastly, they are extremely prompt with answering any questions or concerns so customer service is top notch. I highly recommend Mobile High 5 to anyone looking to grow their business with a text marketing loyalty program!
