Terrible. I had to reschedule two appointments because my IOP rescheduled on my and I had a job opportunity. I have a days notice for each, but Row is insisting on charging me a fee. I am not irresponsible. I did not just skip appointments. I am working with providers and putting my health and life together. Charging me is not good service and not listening or respecting is mistreating your patients. DO NOT use this provider. They are unreasonable and uncaring and want only to bill you and prescribe you drugs.

The HR department's conduct was discourteous and lacking in professionalism during my application process for an APRN position through Indeed. Without any initial salutation or introduction, I was inquired about my possession of a PA license. Upon explaining that I was in the process of relocating to Pennsylvania and awaiting my PA licensure, my communication went unanswered, and my application was subsequently declined. Consequently, based on this experience, I would not endorse applying for an APRN position within this organization. [UPDATE] In a professional setting, it's important to embrace constructive criticism rather than disputing it. Responsibility is typically expected in well-managed establishments. However, your defensive reaction diverges from this expectation, reinforcing my choice to keep my negative review. I'm still unsure about your identitywhether you're the recruiter or the owner. If you were to formally introduce yourself and inquire about my qualifications and experience, you might gain a more accurate understanding of my true character as a nurse practitioner, as you claim to already know. It would be wise to allow the collection of negative reviews you've already received to stand on their own merits, without the need for your defensive responses.
